TDT Plumbing just completed installing the ACE DuraFlo system on my ranch house in Brenham, Texas and I was so impressed with the job that was done I felt compelled to write a letter of recommendation. Normally people only write letters to complain about bad products or services, myself included, but this case deserves a letter to compliment the crew that did the work, as well as the sales staff.
My ranch house was built in 1961 and added on to twice, in 1977 and 1986. All of the pipes are the old galvanized type and I experienced all of the problematic symptoms such as low water pressure, unusual smells in the water, rust and trash in the fixture screens, various pinhole leaks over the years, etc.
Since the work was completed just a few days ago, I now have great water pressure all through the house, no smells, and crystal clear water! And I am also certain I will now have no leaks either.
But what I really want to write about is the outstanding performance of the crew that did the work. They were completely professional, obviously highly trained and very qualified, very detailed and thorough, courteous, dedicated and they have pride in their work, which is sometimes hard to find these days.
They were in the house for five days with hoses running everywhere throughout the house, tile cut out of both showers to reach the pipes, cutting and changing up some piping to get the work done right, etc. Well, it was all done perfectly and when I went back to inspect the house it looked like a maid service had been there. The tile was replaced in both showers and you cannot tell anything had ever been done. It looked like new! The house was spotlessly clean floor to ceiling and every water connection works perfectly and looks like new. I am very, very impressed with the entire job and all dealings with TDT and will highly recommend it to anyone who might need the Ace DuraFlo System or any other plumbing needs. TDT will be the only plumbing company I ever call for any future needs for both my home and businesses.
And I must also mention the same excellent, courteous, professional service was given by your sales staff prior to the work being done. And all around A+ job! It was a pleasure to work with your company!
