These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!
Two men came out to my home and looked down the drain using no instruments in March of 2017.... They said, that I needed to get someone to drain the septic tank. I contacted Coastal Plumbing, they came and did a complete scope of all of the lines, took care of the septic tank and completely repaired everything. My homeowners paid for the work, it was $14,000. Two years later, I receive a bill from Texas Drain Technologies, Inc. for $59.95 with a note that states:" Is there some reason why you have not paid this invoice? TDT did the work and would like to be paid in full." It looks like it is signed with the initials DW First of all, TDT did not do any work whatsoever... I called today, 01/31/2019 to speak with someone about this invoice. The lady that answered was extremely rude and snickered at me over the phone. I always pay my bills immediately and on time. This is very very poor customer service. In addition, a highly unethical business practice.
